I'm about to run into my 14th day. I've had a few relatively minor issues, but annoying nonetheless...
The biggest one is my inability to send or receive MMS while roaming. I've spent an hour on the phone with Sprint and was told my phone was defective. So, yesterday I took it back and got another. That did not fix the problem. Does anyone have an idea what can fix that? Other than moving somewhere closer to a tower?
I also get an error message that a page can't be loaded because there is no internet connection. but as soon as I click ok, the internet launches.
I'll also update the profile, but when I go back to the diagnostics page, it says one is available.
its just little things like that. My issue is that it seems I lose my power with Sprint at the end of 14 days. I asked the girl at Sprint what happens if a new phone doesn't fix my MMS issue...she says I'll have to send the new one to tech support which is NOT the way i wanna start a new 2 year contract.
I realize it's rural where I live.. should I just learn to live with these small issues? I like the phone and the service I do get is WAY better than what I had. The opinions on whether ATT or Verizon are any better and so varied that I can't even count on them.
So, any wonderful words of wisdom?
