Photo's dissapeating

[Android Question]

Hi, My Samsung S4 is sending photo's off into cyber space when wifi is on. Only my new pic's. If I take a photo I can see it on the phone (or card when in the phone) then after a few minutes it disappears and all I can see in the gallery is photo's from a month ago and older.
I do not have a "cloud" but do have a google account but I have not set up anything other than gmail on that. Anyone know how I check where the pic's are being sent too ?

I have the Google photo sync turned on and it hasn't deleted any of my photos however, you might want to try turning it off. Go to Settings .. Google (under Accounts). Tap your google account name then scroll down and untick Google photos.

It may be you have some other photo app like Picassa installed and enbled. If you can find which app it is, there'll probably be an option under Setting to stop it deleting photos when it moves them.

To identify the app, try going through the list of apps in Settings .. Apps .. All (tab) and disabling anything non-Google that looks like it's photo related.
