Root Photos not showing up in gallery

I've been messing around with the V6 Supercharger. All was well until I vacuumed my dbs, zipaligned, and fixed permissions. Now gallery shows no albums or photos and my background is missing.

Nandroid restore did not fix this.

Ideas?

Fixed it by unmounting then mounting the sd and clearing the media server data.

Phew!
