So, if you hold the vol up and power, you get this screen:
The top option is "Recovery Mode" and the bottom option is "Normal Mode." You use the up vol to scroll through the two options and the down vol selects.
Here is recovery:
On the recovery screen, the top highlighted line is to reboot the phone. The rest can be read easily enough.
I'm not sure about how to get into fastboot, if it's possible.
