I have an LG Tribute on Virgin Mobile. I can not seem to permanently get rid of photos in my phone! My husband has the same issue with his same phone. The photos are stored on an external SD card. Or should be anyway- the pics don't show up under the SD card folder. I can delete them and empty my trash, but as soon as I shut off and turn my phone back on, they're all right back!! I've searched online and done everything I've come across to try and fix it with no luck. I've turned off all the syncing features for photos, left it on, and deleted the pics from multiple locations, so I am at a loss and I am beyond irritated by this! Help!

Where are you seeing them? Gallery or "Photos" app?

In addition to Funky's question above, did you ever use the Picasa app? Do you use Google Drive at all? These are all places where your pictures might sync. For example, I have Picasa pictures, Pictures backed up to Google Drive, I used the original G+ Photos app/sync AND the Gallery. Now, this new Photos app has made things more complicated (It's a nice app though) for Google.
