Any reason why I can't upload pics from phone to PC, even if I insert memory card? It wanted me to install 'media Go' which I did and still no joy. Any sugestions/advice? many thanks in advance, It's probably something simple (like me) lol

All I do is plug the usb lead in then "mount"the sd card once done I can use media go file explorer or press the start button on the pc assuming your using a pc. Then go to my computer and the sd will be showing up under removable storage.

All your pictures will be in the DCIM? folder.

If that doesn't help I have no idea

Just to add...

To mount the SD card:

Plug the phone into the computer
On the phone, drag down the notification bar at the top and click on the USB option.

Rest should be self explanatory.
