Photoshop Touch has disappeared. Can I get it back?

Not long before it was discontinued, I paid for Photoshop Touch. That meant that even after it was discontinued, I was able to continue using this very useful little app. Even when I had to change phone, it got automatically installed by Google on my new phone, and there it remained for 3 years … until now. Now it is gone. Photoshop Express, which was also an app that I sometimes found useful has also disappeared. The strange thing is that I noticed they were missing a few hours after noticing that both Facebook and Messenger had also disappeared (although reinstalling these obviously wasn't a problem). And this comes only a day after I had replaced the SD card, the old one having died, which makes me wonder if there is a connection between these events. Has Photoshop Touch (which I have paid for) disappeared forever, or is there a way to get it back?
 
I've found the solution.

Open the Play Store app on the phone. Tap on the hamburger in the top left corner. Tap on "Account". Tap on "Purchase history". Tap on "Photoshop Touch for phone". Tap on "View". Tap on "Install".
