Hello ,
I want to make am basic app of website . To be accessable offline.

I have files:
database/database.txt
css/style.css
img/logo.jpg
index.php

My question and ask:

Would You help me how to put that files info apk file and make it all working (php) ?

You can use the service andromo to make an apk out of the html files. The 1st app you can make for free just sign up.
