Help pic and vid message help

[ozzman1975]

sometimes when i receive a vid or pic message the sound will work but the pic or vid itself does not open. all i get is like a verizon what looks to be a waning logo. it looks like a generic pic of a mouintain with a sun and in front of it i get a triangle with an exclamation point in it. if i take these messages and forward them they open and play fine with other phones. any ideas??

Try opening the message with a different messaging app... If you're using Handcent or Chomp, try the stock app.
