Help Picasa sync help

[Matt3166]

Hey everyone,
I was wondering how to get Picasa syncing on this phone. When I go to settings, accounts and syncing, then to Google account, there's no option for it?
I remember a couple of my other android phones had that option where you can have them sync automatically.
Thanks for any help.

PS- Anyway to get the battery percentage in the notification bar by the battery?

My Picasa pics showed up automatically in my Gallery. It may be due to the fact that I use G+ on my phone as well (which auto uploads pics), but I am not sure yet. Still finding my way around this awesome phone!
