1. Go into the app market and in the search bar enter 'Picasa Tool Pro' and download it. It is a free app, and extremely easy to use.
2. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the Picasa PC program as well (also free). All I did was log in under my Gmail and looked for Picasa.
3. Once downloaded and installed on PC, be sure to complete all the set-up requirements needed such as where to look for files, privacy, user profile, etc..
4. Before you start tinkering with all the extras involved or seeing what you can do, set-up your web album account. This will make it so you can easily transfer between your phone and computer, no matter where you are.
5. Log in and see what you can do! There are tons of possibilities from red-eye, to fixing imperfections, to collages, to adding text and much more!
