Help Picasa

I've found similar forums to this problem but no concrete solution. Whenever I go to add a pic to Picasa it just asks me to add a Google account. Without restoring the phone is there a fix for this? Or am I just being dumb and missing something completely obvious.

A little more information, please...

1. Are you trying to use the picasaweb mobile site (i.e., picasaweb.google.com/m) or are you trying to use a third-party Picasa app?

2. Does your phone show you as already BEING logged into Picasa with another account, or is it telling you to login with your Google account? In other words, what SPECIFICALLY is the exact wording of the message you're getting?

3. Is the message appearing in your browser window or is it a pop-up ("pop-over") message on your phone itself?

4. Did you try simply going into Menu->Settings->Accounts & sync and removing/re-adding your Google account?

It's not really a 3rd party app, it is baked into the OS itself. It does not say it is being used with another acc, it just acts like I'm not signed into Google whatsoever, which I am. It's neither, it is just like when you first entered your Google account info, but it just goes to another menu that looks similar saying that it cannot access data from the servers. And no I have not, but I was a little worried that might mess something up

The Picasa mobile website works fine for me...no problems at all. Try reading through the threads on here about how reset your Google account on your phone, etc. You can also reset your phone itself and not lose anything as long as you've synced recently......
