Help Pico tts

Hi all,
Have just deleted pico tts without installing another tts engine. When i click Settings>voice input and output>text to speech settings I get the error message

the application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again '

I have probably deleted something vital but cannot find where to get the missing files or what is actually missing. Any help gratefully received.

UPDATE : Found file in Titanium backup. All sorted!
