Easiest way is to connect via a USB cable in Media mode and drag and drop the pictures from the phone to the computer.
Alternatively, I'm guessing Kies probably has options for photo transfer (never used it) or you could use a 3rd party app like AndroidSync to transfer files via WiFi.

You can transfer via Bluetooth tethering.
follow below steps for configure.
step1: From the Home screen, touch options Menu, then select
Settings ➔ More settings ➔ Tethering.
step2: Connect the other device to your device via USB cable.
step3: Touch Bluetooth tethering to turn tethering On or Off.
