pics won't load to gallery

after receiving my third intercept , it has presented me with yet another problem to deal with. It won't load pics to the gallery. Any thoughts on what might be going on ?

it might have something to do with security apps, i installed smartlock and afterwards i had problems...it MAY be a similar situation for you.

I notice sometimes when I take a pic it doesn't appear to load to gallery, but if i view the first pic in the gallery, even though the thumbnail image is one thing, when it opens it will be the picture I just took. Not sure if that will help at all or not.
