Hello. For me the easiest way to move your files to a PC is via the usb charging/data cable. With your phone set in a non charge or ask about connection mode (a variable found in your settings) connect your phone to your PC. You can then use your PC file manager to peruse your device, find the files you are wanting to copy or move, mark them, and drag and drop to a hosting folder on your PC. I hope this helps.
