I recently went through my phone and deleted a bunch of apps i thought i didnt need. Now my phone wont download and picture messages or video messages. Help? Droid razr, verison wireless

I wonder what you deleted that could cause that problem?
I would go to the playstore and dl and install either GoSms or Handcent, and see if it started working again.
Another idea would be to make a good back up of things you would like to save and do a factory reset on your phone. That should put it back to stock and should restore what you have deleted.
