Picture from the razr

Here's a picture from the razr; i guess it would look nicer if the sun had been out. Not sure I have any real complaints; just seems a bit flat (lack of saturation?). Resolution seems ok.

The image provided is from the camera along with one that was auto adjusted for colours:

Any comments (would another phone camera do much better) ?

Not trying to be a wise guy, but ....it's a phone - the pictures look pretty awesome, considering that fact. If you just spent 5G on a DSLR then I would over analyze them, but they seem pretty darn good to me.

I'd have to agree. It's a phone, the pictures look great for a phone. In fact, I've had point and shoot cameras that take worse pictures.

I just mentioned that to my wife who will be taking my Droid3 off my hands in the next few days when my Razr comes in the mail. I was showing her how to use the phone as she is coming from a basic cell phone. She said "The shutter lags" and I said, "It's a phone, let's go buy a Nikon if you don't want shutter lag". I think the pictures look pretty good, taking into consideration it's a phone.
