Is there anyway to send a single picture and have it not be a slideshow? When I try to send pictures to people without smartphones it says its unable to load content so I cant send them any pictures. Is there a way to send one as a single picture or can I just never send my friends photos anymore?

Not sure what the problem is. My wife and kids all have dumbphones and i can send to them just fine. I did have to reduce the maximum message size from 1200kb to 500kb for it to work, but it does work fine.
I can also send full size (1200kb) messages to my friends who have smartphones.
With the stock messaging app, it will show up to you as a slideshow, but not to them. You can try Handcent also. It will not do them as a slideshow at all.
