Root picture massages

can't send picture massages on any of the custome rom cm12.1 rc5 and rc6,aicp rom,pac rom any rom i cant send pictures only on stock any solution to this happen only on wifi

Your question has been addressed in the cm12.1(rc5) thread. You will have to do a lot of reading to find it though because it was over a month ago. I think the solution was to use google messenger instead of the stock messaging app. If that doesn't fix your problem you will need to do a lot of reading.
