[Android Question]

Hello I just got my huawei ascend 2 phone in the mail today, and my friend sent me a picture message and when I click download it just wont load. I have the data thing enabled and it still will not download. It starts to and then it continues to say that the download is unsuccessfull. I thought that maybe it might of been his phone so then my other friend sent me a message and it continued to do the same thing. I have my phone connected to my wifi and its saying I have great service but it just won't download the picuture. Please can somone help me??

Hi

I guess you mean a picture in an mms: This needs a mobile data connection rather than wifi as mms is a service provided by your carrier over the phone network. So, turn on mobile data.

Hope this helps
