picture messages not loading

Ive got an s3, and ive got the go sms app, and i receive mms messages but they wont load, i thought it was my network at first, but the gf has recently got the same phone and has now got the same problem but is with a different network.

Any help would be helpful

Call your provider's support, and ask them to remove and re-insert you into the network. That always works with T-Mobile. You do not have your carrier displayed so I don't know who your carrier is.....

ive looked through the settings on go sms, and it tells me to go to the stock messaging settings, ive clicked on them and still just says loading,

Have you got mobile data de activated by any chance? It is quite easy to do by mistake, and if you are always connected to a wifi point you won't really notice as most other functions that require data will work.
