I'm sorry to hear that - trust me, I know how frustrating it can be. Welcome to Android Forum. Unfortunately, you you inadvertently left out what device you have - now I'm limited to help you, or even to redirect you to your device's area of discussion.
This seem to be a network problem rather than a phone problem - I stand corrected if I might be wrong. What I would suggest you do, is to call your service provider and let them know that you are not able to receive or send mms messages. Best of luck. Happy Holidays.
