Root Picture Problem

Hey you guys I'm having a problem with my pictures. Once i take a picture it shows up in quickpic perfectly fine but once i unmount/remount or reboot the pictures are completely wiped from the sd card. I'm running Req's stock ++.

That is strange. try to reinstall the rom or back up and format the card?

I have re-installed the rom and formated the sd card but the problem remains. I even tried using another sd but to no avail.
