picture problem

I have a samsung galaxy note and I can't receive picture's I'm with net10 how do I fix this problem
 
Hi. Open your Gmail app and go to your settings. Tick the ' download attachments' box in the end of the options.
In some mail apps you need to increase the maximum size of attachments in the account specific settings.
