Help Picture texts

Hi! Whenever I receive a picture text it shows it with a download button that does nothing when I tap it. How can I fix this?

Text Messege. As it says :/

Go to your wireless and network settings. Scroll down to mobile networks. If the "Data enabled" box is unchecked then check it. Go back to your text and the download should work. If you keep the box checked then any new picture texts should automatically download the next time you get them.

It's checked and it's still not working
