picture?

[Android Question]

I am trying to download a picture someone sent me. At the bottom of the screen it says "currently unable to download. please try again later". why is it saying this and what do I do in order to download the picture

It could be that the picture is unavailable. (It's larger than the protocol allows, the server is having a problem, etc.) It could be that your phone's MMS settings are incorrect. It could be that you don't have a data plan.

All we can do is guess.
