Help pictures and music didnt transfer to my replacement devour

I have been having issues with this phone since I first got it and this is the fourth time its been replaced. Every other time I have been able to transfer all my pictures and music to the new phone except this one. When I put my sd card into my new phone only 47 pictures and 6 songs showed up, I have over 700 pictures and around 200 songs. When I put my sd card back into my old devour all my media has shown up and I just don't know what's going on. Can somebody tell me what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks!


P.s. it had to be replaced bc of a loose charger port and buttons not working, it had nothing to do with the media or sd card.

I'd advise you to copy all that onto your computer. Afterwords copy them back onto the SD card through the phone USB connection.

Or you can call tech support, tell them you've gone through five of these phones, tell them how displeased you are and maybe they'll send you a newer, better phone.
