Hello there i have a htc evo lte and i would like to update my phone because it is having problems and i know if i bring it into the store thats is the solution to all problems so i fiured i would just update it myself. but my big problem is i dont wanna lose my pictures. Well one of my bi problems is my that my pictures come and go as they please on my phone. one day they will be in my allery and then for a week they wont be. i downloaded es file explorer and i can see all my downloaded pictures in the download file and all my camera phonos in the dimc(sp) folder. but then when i plug my phone into my computer and go to access the folders on my computer there isnt anything is any of the folders (pictures, videos, dmic, downloads). so i know the pictures are on my phone due to being there with explorer. What can i do to fix this problem and access my photos.
