Pictures in slideshow

Do anyone know how to save pictures to your phone when someone sends you a slideshow?

Guess it really depends on what device you are using and whether your using stock message app or not..... feel free to pm me or update your post and we will get it moved to appropriate phone section where the people most familiar with your phone will be able to give you the best direction
