but why would the same picture go to everyone else except those with tracfone/verizon its the same resolution?

I believe Yahoo is owned and run by Verizon. Maybe that is the problem?

You could try connecting with a VPN, e.g. Psiphon https://psiphon.ca/ and that should prove if it is Yahoo and/or Verizon deleting the attachments. Because a VPN provides an encrypted tunnel through any filtering/censoring an ISP or carrier does.

I believe your right, about Verizon and yahoo. but the vpn link is for cell phones right? If i am sending it from my pc should not the vpn be on my pc? I am not to familiar with vpn!!!

Psiphon is really the only free VPN I actually trust.

But I use Astrill VPN and Nord VPN(both paid) all the time myself, on phone and computer because I'm in China.
