Help Pictures wont open went sent in text

For some reason when someone sends me a picture message, the picture wont open (download). It tries, and then says download failed.

I disabled the auto receive and that didn't work. I have full unlimited plan from boost mobile. I don't see why this keeps happening.

Any suggestions?

You might try 'Save MMS', free in Play Store.

Are you rooted?

If so you could try deleting
/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/telephony.db
and rebooting. Its the first thing I do when I have MMS issues... solves it every time.


If you're not rooted, have you tried calling customer service?
