I noticed that when I have Pin lock enable/disable via WiFi connection it prevent takser's Profile from running when screen is Off/locked.
I have it set up via the Secure Setting and it work fine. Diasable Key guard when connected to WiFi I selected and Enable Key guard when disconnected from that WiFi network.
I noticed however that my other profile like WiFi On when Cell Near does not kick in till I wake my screen.
I tested this by adding it to say "WiFi On" and it will not speak till I turn on the screen.
Another profile is turn on Music Player when headset is plugged in. It does not turn on the music player till I wake the screen.
It look like it doesn't work till screen is awake.
