Help Pinch to Zoom

I've been noticing that I can rarely pinch to zoom on most sites that I go to. I don't remember noticing this very often on my Note 2. Do I have a setting wrong or what? I turn the phone on landscape and can't even enjoy the full width of it most of the time, nor zoom in to log in passwords, etc. without using my glasses. Please help!!

What browser are you using? The stock browser?

I've noticed the same thing using both the stock browser and Chrome browser.

I use Firefox when I want to go to a website. Not even sure how to set my default browser or what it is set at!
