Has anyone installed one of these bluetooth devices in their car with a LG Optimus S? The Pioneer compatibility guide is not up to date

I don't know anything about that unit but this is what I use for playing music in the car (I still use my earpiece for calls):

Playing music was not my main intention. I would like it to be able to mute my car stereo automatically when a call comes in and allow me to converse hands free.
