I just bought the pixel 3 and was wondering why they put a fragile and easily scratchable glass back on the phone when they instead could make a plastic back with the nice fabric cover in top, which they make as an add-on cover?
Then you didn't need to buy a cover and the phone could be slimmer as you didn't need to have both the class back and the cover.
I see that the cover also works with the wireless charging.
What are your thoughts on that?
