Pixel camera

Crab Man

Lurker
Just got my pixelXL last week, and as much as the camera is pretty awesome, the app under it kinda sucks.
I came from a few years of using HTC phones which had decent enough camera apps so never saw a need to look for something different.
Has anyone else succumbed to the need for a different camera app, and if so, what have you gone for? What i miss most is being able to manually adjust ISO, shutter speed, etc.

Personally, I have not really felt the need to adjust ISO/shutter speed (if/when I need to do that, say for shooting long exposure fireworks, I pull my DSLR and a stand - I can't really do long exposure without a stand).

The stock app lets me adjust exposure, and I can shoot slo-mo if needed. For me, compared to my earlier devices, I'm just happy to have a cellphone that gets me decent pictures in most conditions. I rarely take my DSLR out anymore (speaking of which, I should look at selling it on craigs) :)

As an HTC owner I've not really felt much need to use alternative camera apps, but I do like Open Camera, which does include exposure and ISO settings (or does when used on my phone).
