Not sure if any of you have this but out of the many I've tried,this one has to be the best. Highly customizable for a free one. You can even use any wallpaper you have as a backdrop for the pixel rain. And it has a small footprint. Have not had it freeze up all
like most do when you rotate screen or go into lock mode. Pretty nice. See screens.. (I like eye candy with my pixel rain :P )


edit: no screens. sorry. dimension limits set at 750x750 for a cell phone PNG...who comes with these funky sizes??
 
I think this would work well in your cyan bread ROM. the colors can be set to match to cyan. the app is free so getting permission to use shouldn't be an issue if needed at all
 
I have used Pixel Rain. It is a cool one! I'm currently using "Blue Skies" (paid version), and it seems to work pretty well too! Changes for time of day and night (sun moon move) and clouds move and can be customized. Can set to have UFO come out on low battery.

I've never done a real comparison. I've heard they are only running when they are actually displaying. The thing that extended my battery charge life by 2X + was turning off the 3G. My Android Assistant (18 features) app says the live wallpaper uses 5%. However, when I look at the Battery use built into the phone, it does even register. Go figure. I really doubt it is 5%.
