I plan on buying the LG Motion soon and I was going to get the $40 4G Plan. I've already paid my bill for this month, so will I have to pay again? I ask because this is my first 4G phone and I was on a non 4G plan before.

You would have what you paid already towards this moths cycle. You would just be responsible for difference in plans. If you were on a 50 or higher already, you would have the difference towards next months service
