Play Music All Access problem

Has anyone else had issues with their all-access features being unavailable? i got the email from Google saying 'thank you, your subscription has been renewed Oct 15' but now my Play Music app refuses to show my cloud-stored music, only shows the locally stored MP3s i got on the SD card. i can't even search for new songs from their service. it's like the app 'forgot' i have all-access.

i tried clearing cache, data, removing and readding my Google account to the phone, even rebooting. no good. is it down for now?

I just got a notification about a new version of Play Music (v 5.2.1233L.870763): have you tried installing that?

It eventually came back which makes me feel better, no, the update wasn't enough. It was down. Odd as I've only had issues with Play Store, never the other Play apps.

What happened for me was that the app acted like I had cancelled my subscription. It basically forgot I had all-access entirely. Using a browser on a laptop it even wanted me to sign up for all-access even though my subscription renewed. It was weird.
