I've set the video recording resolution to something less than full HD. 640x480 for example.
Now whenever I play videos I recorded, the aspect is totally off. It's always stretched to fill the screen, so that when I hold it upright, people look like walking sticks, and with the phone held the other way, everything looks flattened.
Why is that, why does the player keep doing that? It's the standard video player that comes with the phone, and I never messed around with it.
PS: Someone mailed me the answer to my question. You gotta use the button on the top-left corner of the screen to flip through screen-fit, original size, fit-to-width. Thanks!
