From the title you guys must be thinking that is something of future going to be discussed here but no this is happening right now. There are some services that allow us to really play hardcore not only PC games but also counsel games on our android phones and other devices as well including your lovely TV.
These services are limited to some regions and other regions are going to be a part of this epic community soon. lets get into the list.

Better internet connections will result in improved streaming quality and resolution.
