Long story short, I need the Google Play Store apk, if someone has it. Short story long, I had every single app possible linked to my external SD and then switched cards and all my apps went bye bye
 
Ha ha, thanks but I found out I needed Google Play Services as well, which also got deleted. I'm back on the road to restoring my apps :)
