Play Store, does it work for you?

I have tried three times to rent movies. Not one has worked. The first two times they refunded my money right away. On the third time Google customer support was somewhat less than "warm" with me.

I have several freinds who have Android phones. Not a one of us was able to watch a movie. We always get one of the following messages:

Unable to fetch licsense.
Playback failed (nothing follows)
Not available at your location.
Playback not permitted on rooted device
Uknown error (nothing follows)
