Help Play Store fails to load

Hi

My ASUS EEEpad transformer has recently failed to load play store. Everytime I open the options such as games, entertainment etc nothing loads up. Also if I search an existing app, it shows no results. What might be the problem and what may be the possible solution?

Have you tried clearing data and cache from the Play Store?
You can do that by going into Settings -> Applications -> Play Store, and click both to wipe data and cache.
