Play Store force close

Everytime I try to download an app, the Play store force closes, and if I try to open it after it closes it force closes again. What could be going on, I can't download any app?

I couldn't find another thread with this problem. Have you tried uninstall and reinstall the "google play" application? Either this step or a reset possibly could be the only fix for this. I'm going to move this thread over to the Android Applications forum - in the event that someone else might have another solution for you.

Have you tried clearing the cache and/or data for Google Play Store in the system settings under manage apps? That might help.

Uninstalling all updates worked, thanks, it automatically updated from Market to Play Store again once I entered it, and it all works now!
