There used to be a Chome plug-in that a naive developer posted thinking it would help people who had trouble connecting their devices to Google Play. It quickly became clear that it was violating the Terms of Use agreement and could be used to pirate paid apps. After a few attempts to tweak it to prevent that, the project was abandoned and Google fixed the exploit it used. So the answer is no, there isn't one.
We don't approve of threads discussing ways to bypass mechanisms that step on developer's rights, which a "hack" like this surely would do, so I'm closing the thread. Please PM me if you need further clarification.
