Okay here is my problem. Whenever i download an app or update it, it downloads normally but it gets stuck at a certain percentage. Most of the time its 100%. OCCASIONALLY an app does update or install, but it keeps getting stuck and its annoying, its also worth mentioning that i cant uninstall playstore updates. Tried clearing data, cache, for services framework and play services, nothing has worked. Also, i may get a notification saying a app is updating but when i go to the "my apps" section in play store its doing nothing. And the notification is there forever.
