Help Play store missing

[gloriousnumber1]

I'm trying to help a friend sync music with doubletwist to her Nexus 7. Not only can I not download it even though Googling it and I download it (it says installed) but I can't find the Play Store! What the heck? I avoided the play store since I can't find it. Anyone heard of this? Nobody has rooted or done anything to change it. Very frustrating!

Have you tried restarting it?

Have you tried restarting it?

Yes, we restarted which didn't help, and them hard rebooted which didn't help.

We figured it out. My friend called tech support and it ended up that when we looked at the app settings and looked under "all", it had been disabled.
