Help play store not accessible

I got a new wifi connection yesterday. Everything is going great except that I can't do anything with the play store. When I get into the play store it keeps loading and then shows the message ' connection time out'. I tried restarting the phone as well as the router. Even factory reset my device ( note 3 ). The issue is still there. Any help?????

Try on a different network, you can either contact Play Store tech support for troubleshooting steps.
